This Single-Flex model includes a single steel disc-pack, providing higher torsional stiffness while still accepting limited shaft misalignment. Using high grade steel hubs clad in a black oxide finish, the SFF-(N) offers exceptional corrosion resistance paired with high torsional stiffness and strength. The disc pack and open design of the coupling minimizes conductive heat transfer from motor to output shaft. Hubs can be configured with clamp-style, keyway / setscrew style, or tapered shaft connections.
